: Okay, so now we're going to talk about the ARIA OS system. So the actual application can be found at https app.ariaos.online, app.ariaos.online. There you will be taken to the login page where you can supply a simple traditional username and password. So this username and password has to be configured by the administrative team, um our administrative team. the super admins when you get signed up for either the pilot or You continue on to the quarterly or annual subscriptions um We'll set these up for you ah And your team So once you've got those credentials from us, you'll log into the platform There's just a login a big purple login button. You'll click that All right. So after your authentication is good, you are taken to the select brand screen, screen, which is found at slash user slash brand dot HTML. And here you will be able to select each view, select one of the configure brands available to you that you can start to work with. So depending on your user role, you may have multiple brands. or you may just have one. It totally depends on your situation. um But the brands typically will be set up by us. um It will configure the users for you as a part of your onboarding. So for this trial right now for the video demo, we're just going to click the Aria OS brand, which is marketed to coaches, but the brand would be for any of them for any user that they may have. So once you select the brand you're taking to page found at slash home slash portal that HTML and you are shown two different panels one of them is all of the generation blueprints which we'll get into later and another one are the generation tools so tools are system-wide um modules that we create um as the kind of the software team here at our us and what we do is we expose a few different modules that are usable for everybody, things like the content calendar, content rewriting, um and then there is a tool that generates other tools pretty much, the backend text. We also have a freestyle. So a freestyle is just like the ability to just kind of type whatever you want and then the system will respond to it. And so we'll get into the uh generation blueprint system a little bit later, wanted to talk about once you log in um you are given the immediate option to generate content using any of the generation blueprints available to you which are all controlled by the brand that you're selected so you can be a member m or an operator of multiple brands inside of ARIA OS um and each of those brands are siloed from the others and part of that siloing will be the content blueprints so those are not shared between And they're custom configured for every brand by the users the users have their access rights to go in there and modify those um And so we'll just pick one for right now because it Just get into it So we'll talk about the menu a little bit and some of the options in the menu So you've got the home which takes you to the portal with the two different panels You've got the generate button. So the generate button takes you to the list of all the generation blueprints Only not including the tools and you can just click one of the blueprints that you'd like to work with um Then there's the brand sub menu under which you can Do four operations, which is profile configuration many me configuration transcript Configuration and brand knowledge configurations. So we'll go into each of those pages so the first page is the brand profile and This is where you can define name things like uh Brand name that's like the display name used across the app and the description um Also use across the app and then the image URL An image where I wrote just an internet link from the internet and it'll just put it in so that as you're working inside of ARIA, you'll see the links to, you'll see this picture and this name and this description that you've set here across the app. All right, so the next page is the Mini-Me system, which is where you can kind of configure the brand persona and positioning. And here you can configure three different things. One is the avatar, the backstory, and the persona. And so, OS, we actually don't use the persona if you're using um transcripts because the persona will be kind of reverse engineered from your transcripts. But if you don't provide transcripts, you can configure in how the persona talks and what they think and what's important to them, right? And the backstory is kind of where somebody's coming from. So let's say that you've got two different people in a uh conversation. And both of them are like expert I Don't know expert craps players, right? But one person has a different backstory than the other one and that will affect how they would talk right and how Where their voice would kind of come from? So let's say one person comes from virtual craps and one person comes from real craps They would have a different backstory in a different way that they process bits in a different way that they think about Setting up best and even though they might say the same thing It comes from a different place and so we kind of baked that into the system so that just to add a little bit of extra depth and dimension to the voice that comes out and the important most important part of this page is the avatar or the ICP or whatever that word you want to use that you all use which is basically who are you talking to so let's say that you were just I don't know for example making a configuring a brand for a Casino youtuber or something, right? So the avatar might be casino gaming enthusiasts from the West or maybe they're Americans and Canadians, right? Cause like things like humor would change based off the avatar and stuff like that, right? So maybe they're male, maybe they're this age and maybe they want to be entertained more than they want to be educated or maybe they want to be educated more than entertained. And maybe what's really important to them is bank romance. Right, you can configure all of those things in the avatar and it will pump out different content based off how you define that avatar, right? So the the way that the robot is configured to generate content is heavily based on the avatar the backstory and the persona if you provide one But other values will of course affect the output which we'll get into later and so one of the biggest ones is The next page which is the brand CD of the transcripts and so the transcripts are where the system really nails in your voice so instead of trying to have the system codify your voice by saying okay we'll talk like this and be authoritative and be concise and insert little quips here and there you would never get the computer or AI to do that correctly or accurately or highly accurately so what we did for ARIA was we allow you to simply upload your podcast, upload your book, upload, upload some of the articles from your website, like whatever. There are some piece of content that you as a brand operator and Aria OS user have for your brand that the robot can take and then say, okay, well, this is how this person talks. So let's say, for example, you were, and this is how we kind of train the system. You were a dating coach, right? And GPT or whatever has never heard of you. You're just not that big even if you were but it doesn't matter They don't know who you are and you say talk like this. It doesn't make sense, right? What we allow you to do with the system is to basically, for example, take a podcast or YouTube video or you sitting on your porch vote voice noting or whatever. Turn that into text, upload it to the system and as a brand transcript. And what the robot is going to do is going to take as many of them as you put in and it's going to figure out how you talk or how the brand talks. Right. So if, for example, you intro all of your content the same or let's say you make similar kinds of humor or let's say that you curse or let's say that you make certain kinds of analogies all the time maybe for example going back to a dating coach you always relate dating to business and you're like those things are the same and so then you make parallels right the robots gonna pick all those things up and it's going to talk like you so it doesn't try to guess it takes what you gave it and it duplicates that and that's how we achieve the brand accuracy right and that's over here on the brand transcript page and so the fourth um component is the brand knowledge so separate from the transcript so there's kind of two important pieces one is what how you say something which is How do you say hello, for example, is kind of what a transcript might say. But then we have a concept of a brand knowledge where the brand knowledge might say. Here's how, here's the things that this brand knows, right? So let's go, for example, back to the dating coach. So if you were to ask a generic chat GPT or whatever, some dating coach stuff, you say, how do I frame, how do I word my Tinder profile if I wanna find a wife? Okay, and then chat GPT is gonna give you the best that it's got, given all the other context, even inside of ARIA, right? So inside of ARIA, you could still get, that but if you don't tell it so if you don't tell the robot so in a brand knowledge what you're able to do is upload a file that might say something for example a single brand knowledge entry think of it like a file system right this is a ARIA OS is an operating system which is what the OS is for and you say you up maybe you've got a blog post or YouTube video and the whole YouTube video is how to frame how to write uh a Tinder profile to get a wife and you've got that article or newsletter it already exists out there you bring that into ARIA and then if the if you as an operator ask ARIA to make content about Tinder It's not gonna just take whatever the default settings of chat GPTR It's going to go look at the brand knowledge first and say okay. We have a brand knowledge that talks about Tinder profiles and it's going to take precedence over whatever the default AI brand knowledges. So maybe let's say off the shelf chat GPT off the shelf Gemini or whoever says, okay. Well you want to make a tender profile, you know, leave with your best foot forward and be confident and be honest and be straightforward and that's generic right because it's generic off the shelf Tinder profile steps, but you could upload your brand knowledge. That's that that's how you do it. So let's say you're a dating coach you push the edge and you're like You believe the first sentence of every Tinder profile should say tell that girl what you want da da da da da and at the end Ask her to be your wife at the end of your profile and that's how you tell your audience how to write a Tinder profile, right? So the system reads that. so anytime you ask the system to make an article about Tinder, when it needs to, it's going to reference your brand knowledge. And this is, of course, can be used in any niche, in any scenario. I'm just giving you a dating coach. You could take this as far as, for example, a recipe about how to make rice. So, Chad GPT knows how to make rice, but maybe it just boils it. The recipe that the off the shelf Chad GPT says, okay, well, here's rice, put it in water, two to one, boil. oh will stop whatever right let it simmer maybe you toast your rice first and so if you upload your recipe that says you toast the rice in oil then you to the one and then you bake it right that step is important and that's kind of like your own proprietary knowledge you not just a special proprietary but it could be you upload that into the system the system reads that and if you ever ask the system about how to make rice or if rice was a base in a recipe Right, it'll use that brand knowledge and you can have any number of these not just one that could cover all the things that basically like it's called a brand knowledge in the system Which is what things does your brand know that the generic off-the-shelf? Chat GPT does not and you give that to the computer it uses it and it spits it back out in your content and we believe this is what helps Make the content better because we take your transcripts and use them in two different ways, one to define how you talk and one to define what you say and what you know. All right, so those are all the four main brand configurations. And so then also have the content configuration. So before we get to that, we'll talk about the library and the library is pretty simple. The library is a All the content that the system has ever created is available in the library for you to consume after the fact, right? So you don't just generate some blog post or a silly recipe and then you lose it, you remains in a history. But unlike the other, like the big boys in the content space, it's not in a single thread. Meaning you can come back to this and it's still there, right? title generates a meta description and it gives you the full content that the system gave and it lets you know when you did it. um So now we're going to get into the content and how the content controls work inside of ARIA. So we'll talk about blueprints now and we'll talk about what makes ARIA OS so much better than the other platforms. So if you're used to any kind of standard uh AI, LLM, we'll just call it ChatGPT of the world, you get a blank window and then you have to supply all of this context. But aside from the context, which might say, even if you could open up a new window and tell ChatGPT, I make rice by doing this and I make a YouTube, no, I'm sorry, I make a Tinder, profile like this, that doesn't mean that chat GPT can now crank out content to the specs that you have, right? It just might know some information. Let's say for example, you know how you want to structure a Facebook post and you know how you want to structure an Instagram caption or you know how you want to structure whatever. What we've done is we kind of we've modularized that entire process such that you can create a blueprint represents a type of content defined to your specifications. And again, there are siloed from the other brands that you may have access to and only your brand have this. So what does this mean? So let's say for example, you are, we'll go back to a dating coach. You are working on, um Facebook post and every single one of your Facebook posts generally follows the same standard. Maybe you say, what's up guys? Today I'm going live. Today we're gonna talk about setting up a Tinder profile. I'm going live at this time. Click this link below to go to that and click this link to sign up for your whatever consultations or whatever, right? So you can go into an AI tool, your chat GPTs or Gemini. So you can say, okay, hey, to generate a Facebook post that sounds like me and I needed to promote the live stream coming up. And it's gonna guess at it, just like it's gonna guess at the rice, right? So what we've done is change it so that you can provide a specification. So you create a new blueprint in the system and you give it a name and a description like everything else, but you also provide a specification. And the specification tells the robot that are you always back in. All Facebook posts that are promotional posts about the live streams look like this. They follow this format. Paragraph one, paragraph two, whatever, following ADA, whatever, PAS or PAS or whatever. And it always ends with this CTA and that kind of thing. Then you click save. And then now you can generate content that only fits into that blueprint model. And then you can change it. you just rail off 10 Facebook posts that are just about upcoming promotions. And then you say, okay, well now I need to make uh a value post about dating and we're not gonna promote the live stream, but now we're gonna talk about Tinder and now we're gonna talk about setting your apartment up and now we're gonna talk about whatever. We can define another additional blueprint of which you can have uh a virtually unlimited amount of and you could say Facebook value post blueprint. And you can build out the request that says this is a Facebook post designed to educate the audience. And remember the audience has already been configured in another page. Now we're just structuring how a Facebook value post is done. So say every time you click the button, you don't have to remind the system. You don't have to remind the system about how you make a Tinder profile. You don't have to remind it how a value post is written on Facebook and that kind of thing. Those are some of the biggest draws of ARIA OS and it really shapes how fast you're able to generate content because anybody that's ever tried to use AI to generate content has run into the computer not understanding what you're trying to do, the computer forgetting important details, the computer not sticking to... a template that you're trying to give it. We solved all of those problems with ARIA OS and that's why we believe that we get the speed of content down 80 % while also making it four times easier because you never have to go back and tell it, yeah, but do this. It's just following a blueprint every time. So that is how the blueprint system works. And so the blueprints are executed kind of per click. You pick when you click that button and you pick which blueprint that you're executing against. So now we're going to talk about content rules, which are slightly different. So a blueprint is kind of self-contained structure of a piece of content, whether that's a chapter from an ebook, whether that's a agile status meeting document template, whether that is how, you know, the cleanup lists for the kitchen, it doesn't matter, right? But a content rule is different. Are you of aria OS also supports content rules? And so what a content rule is a brand wide set of rules that are applied and they can be toggled active or dis or you know enable to disable and what they'll let you do is say things like All content must be concise. All content must have a ninth grade reading level for readability. All content must say quack at the end or blow a kiss at the end of every post, right? At the end of every piece of content, like, because you're, who knows how your brain works, right? And so the content rules happen at a level above the blueprints such that any active rule is applied to all the blueprint. Generations that happen and you just set them once and they work so and you can control these on your own um So you might say things for example never ever talk. Let's say you're a dating coach and you're like May never ever talk about hinge or you're a chef and you're like always Always mention a personal anecdote about I don't know some place every time you do something right so they can be ah They serve a number of purposes But it's really a higher level set of instructions that you feed ARIA OS that it will try to execute your content against That's at a high level So also you have the ability to do content exports so this is uh Where you can configure an external WordPress server that on When you generate content against any of the blueprints you can to export that content up to your WordPress. And so there's this dedicated screen at slash content slash configure slash WordPress dot HTML that lets you put in the URL, the username and the app password inside of WordPress and also the publish publication state, whether it's active, whether it's published or drive. So every time you click the export button, so you click generate, you get some content back, you click export and then it sends it to your WordPress server that you configure. Totally optional. But that option is there um To get the content out. So now we're gonna talk about some of the tools. So we mentioned earlier about generation tools. So a generation blueprint is a Rule about how we generate content that's only for your brand but the generation tool is for anybody using ARIA OS And so we we build these for you uh for Operations that you can elect to use you don't have to use them. You can't hide them, but they are there Which is for example freestyles so a freestyle is like talked about before you just ask it a question and it responds back So maybe you're a dating coach and you're from you're from you're from Texas and you talk with a Texas drawl and all your content and now the aria OS robot is talking with that Texas Texas twang right because it picked it up from your transcript So then you can use a freestyle generation tool to ask the robot, hey, what's the score on the, what's the score on the Patriots game today, right? And so because it's still using AI on the back end, AI can go and find the score of the game, come back and then it can apply your Texas draw style to tell you that, right? So it'll tell you to score the game, but talk like your configured brand. The brand content rewrite um is where you can take content from kind of anywhere oh and reword it to sound like it came from you. this is, one could call this an ethical gray area, but let's say for example, you had a sports and outdoors brand and you had some windbreakers. Maybe Patagonia has windbreakers and you like something that they did, a newsletter, an ad or whatever, you can take that content, bring it in, throw it into the content rewriter. And if they talked about um windproof jackets that work, in the rain, sleet or snow, cool. But let's say you have a brand that only talks about snow gear for Antarctica. You could take what Patagonia said about whatever in the different terrains, but your brand voice would be the one that rewrites it and outputs it where you say the same things they said, but it's only about your Antarctica frozen tundra brand messaging, if that makes sense. Another one of the big generation tools. um That a lot of our users really like is the content calendar And we'll get into the content calendar another day But basically I did the content calendar is you can tell the content calendar how many days what? platforms how often a day or how often on any kind of schedule that you want to create content for and It will just come up with the ideation for you for those brands and it'll give you the prompts to use So let's say for example, you tell the content calendar tool I have a Facebook page. I have an Instagram page and I have a website I want to post to my social media 4x times a day and I want to post in my website two times a week and I want a newsletter once a week or something and you just tell that to the content calendar and Then whatever and any other additional details and then you can click go and it is going to give you a day by day platform by platform list of content ideas in addition to the prompts So you can take the prompt that the content calendar gives you and feed it right back into ARIA OS and it's got all the content and context that it needs to then generate that content for you. Now it doesn't do it automatically, but it does the ideation for you. And so this can kind of help with writer's block or just the idea of if you needed to bang out for Facebook post really quickly, the easiest way is to do it through the content calendar to generate them and then you go execute. shoot them one by one and then do whatever you do with it from there. um And then there's another tool called the Blueprint Generator. So the Blueprint Generator is to help you word up. You wanna make a new brand content blueprint. You can use the generation tool where you kind of try to describe it and it'll then give you the text to put as a specification for a new or updated content blueprint. ah If that makes sense, so let's say you you didn't know the exact way to really word up. Hey, I want to make a recipe generator. You could say this is a recipe generator and um it needs to include a small paragraph with backstory and it needs to include the recipe servings and then whatever. But you don't know the correct way to word that you're not a prompt engineer. It's going to do the prompt engineering for you. Then you take the output, throw that into a blueprint and then you go on. about your content generation business. those are the, I'm not sure you got all those screens. And then the final one page is the advanced page. So the advanced page is where for the brand, for your brand only, you can configure some of the AI engine details like the temperature, top P and top K. So if you don't know what those are, that's perfectly fine. You don't have to fuck with it. If you know what those are, well, this is the page where you do that at. All of these are available on then this is on slash content slash configure slash events and you can tweak those values to your heart's delight. So if you know what those things are I don't have to explain it if you don't know what they are just leave them alone but that is there for you in the future. So that is the majority of the ARIA OS system um and There you go. All right, cool.
